iPower on Winning Team to Support Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
iPower is pleased to announce that we are part of the winning team supporting CMS, providing Independent Quality Assurance (IQA) for the CMS multichannel Medicare and Marketplace Contact Center Operations (CCO).
CCO is a toll-free, nation-wide, 24x7 Contact Center with multiple physical sites to provide customer service and address inquiries from Marketplace participants and Medicare beneficiaries, including inquiries about Medicare (Parts A, B, C, and D), Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Regional Home Health, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Federal Marketplace health choices, and other Federal programs and Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) initiatives.
iPower, as a significant subcontractor to Sparksoft (prime) on this program, provides independent quality monitoring and auditing services, helping to ensure and improve the efficiency of operations and the quality of customer service provided by the CCO.
This award builds on iPower's CMMI expertise and Maturity Level 2 rating, our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (QMS), and our experience as a subcontractor providing support on the CMS Coordination of Benefits and Recovery (COB&R) and Benefits Coordination & Recovery (BCRC) programs.
